The quality of the hostel facilities is not great, the mess food is good, but the canteen food is too good. The sports and games facilities are not of ample amount but enough. Medical facilities are good as there is a hospital within walking distance.
About 80 percent of students get placed. The highest package is 1.5 crore pa, the lowest package is 3 LPA and the average package is 6 LPA. IBM, myntra, etc are the top recruiting companies. There are three outdoor grounds and one indoor ground along with a gym on the campus.
Placements in the college were very good. Every year, more than 250 companies visit the campus for placements, and you can attend any number of companies until you get placed. Once you are placed in a company, you will also get a chance to attend any two companies that offer dream salary packages. Overall, the placements were very good in our college.
BMS College of Engineering
The infrastructure is quite good. Well-organized classes and labs. Hostels are very good and in good condition, where you can explore many things. Apart from college fests, we have a hostel fest too, which is very exciting. Courses offered are also good, but a few subjects are irrelevant
Placements were decent, but due to layoffs, it was very difficult to grab one. the college provided placements. The average was around 12 LPA. Placement training is also provided, which is very helpful for students. Many students getting placed in good companies.
PES University
The infrastructure is very good, which includes a sophisticated library, parking area, and the ground for the students to play. You can see the large buildings all over the campus. The restrooms are regularly maintained. We can see the green all over the campus with the beautiful trees, and the lawn well-maintained all over the campus.
The placements on the campus are good. Many numbers of company do visit the college. There is also pre-placement training conducted by the college for the better placement of the students. About, 70% of the students are getting placed every year. The administration is keen and supportive of the students when it comes to the matter of placement.
